UK - 8-11 Business days.
The USPS tracking number will become active within 4 days of shipping time, when the package reaches USPS from Israel.
There are NO custom charges with shipments to USA

Return, Exchange, Cancel or Refund
We accept returns for a full refund or for an exchange.
If you're not happy with the item you received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will provide you a USA return address.
After we receive the item, we will process with the refund or exchange.
Cancel order - If you want to cancel your order after your purchase, it is possible if it has not been shipped yet.
Customized Jewelry - Customized items cannot be refunded.

If you are aware of a high acidity level in your skin, we recommend you shop for solid gold jewelry, as high acidity level skin is known to affect plated parts.
